This is a review of the Creamy pumpkin ginger soup recipe from Skinnytaste
=Introduction=
Pumpkin has many vitamins A and C. Also, It has low calories.
Yogurt is very healthy too.
I cooked pumpkin soup, because I love pumpkin. I wanted to make delicious soup by myself, because I can make miso soup, minestrone soup, and consomme soup only!
I found this recipe in skinnytaste website. Gina Homolka wrote this recipe. She is busy mother of two girls. Her food philosophy is to eat seasonable, clean, whole foods and maintain good portion control. I decided it. I had three reason.
First, there were few kinds of materials. Second, there were few processes. Third, It was colorful and beautiful in website's picture.
This soup is healthy. Most of it is made from pumpkin and yogurt.
But I don't know Where this soup came from.
=Ingredients=
・pumpkin 1/3
・yogurt 2 large spoons
・ginger 2 small spoons
・butter 2 large spoons
・salt and pepper
・salt
・olive oil
=How to make=
1. Cut and bake pumpkin with olive oil for 20 minutes.
(better more bake?)
2. Reduce seeds.
Mash pumpkin.
Put salt and pepper.
Add ginger.
3. Put butter in a pan and heat.
Put that mashed pumpkin.
Add yogurt.
4. Mix the pumpkin and yogurt.
I mixed for five minutes.
Smooth!!!
5. Put salt.
Decorate 5 seeds.

I thought this pumpkin soup recipe has three stars.

①strengths
I like this pumpkin soup. It was very sweet. Smell was good. I like butter's smell. And it was easy to cook.
②weakness
But I tired of this sweetness. So I tried to change to different taste. I added mayonnaise....cheese....ketchup....mustard....
Most favorite was cheese! like gratin^^
And I didn't add enough yogurt. Can you look it like soup???
I want to recommend this recipe for my mother.
My mother doesn't cook pumpkin (Maybe she doesn't like sweet vegetables). I wish increase pumpkin's dishes.
=Other=
I bought ingredients in Challenger near my house. I didn't buy some seasonings.
I don't have oven. So I used toaster. I thought it was difficult to adjust the heat level.
I heated pumpkin in microwave about four minutes at first, because pumpkin was hard to cut.
=Conclusion=
I enjoyed my cooking. This time, I chose easy level cooking. But, I want to make some rare and difficult food next time. When I saw website, there were a salmon rice recipe, roast chicken recipe, and baked cake recipe... they looked difficult. I want to challenge!!
